What is the downtime

Minimal. Mild embossing (tiny bumps at injection points) lasts 1–2 days and can be concealed with makeup the next day. Slight redness, swelling, and occasional bruising may occur but typically subside within 1–3 days. You can return to normal activities the same day. Avoid alcohol, saunas, and intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
