What should I avoid before and after the procedure

Remove all metal accessories (jewelry, piercings) before treatment, and disclose any internal metal implants or devices. Avoid alcohol and smoking for 2–3 days post-treatment, and avoid sauna, hot baths, and vigorous exercise for about a week. No peeling of mild surface flaking if it occurs.
