Everything you need to plan your visit to Seoul — language, booking, transit, and accommodation.
Link Plastic Surgery welcomes international patients year-round. This page covers the four practical questions every visitor asks — what language can you be treated in, how do you secure a surgery date, how do you get to the clinic, and where should you stay. Everything else (procedures, downtime, FAQs) is linked from each treatment page.

We operate on an appointment basis only — walk-ins are not accepted. To lock in a specific surgery or procedure date, a deposit secures your booking so the surgeon's time and the operating room are reserved for you.
Consultation is a paid service for all procedures. For current fees and payment details, please reach out via our official messenger.
Reach out via WhatsApp, Kakao, LINE, or the inquiry form with a brief description and photos. Your coordinator replies within 24 hours with next steps, deposit details, and a proposed date.
For patients who want to discuss their procedure before traveling, we offer video consultations via Zoom. After you contact us, our team will guide you through the information needed (photos, medical history, goals) and arrange a mutually convenient time.

Most international patients arrive at Incheon International Airport (ICN) or Gimpo International Airport (GMP). From both, Gangnam is reachable within 40–70 minutes depending on the option you choose.
Most international patients stay within a 5–10 minute walk of the clinic so trips to and from follow-ups are easy. Below is a short list of hotels near our Sinnonhyeon location at different price tiers. We do not partner with any particular hotel — choose what suits your budget. Prices change often; use the booking links below each hotel to see current availability.
Please note: our clinic does not book hotels on your behalf. Accommodation booking is the patient's responsibility — please reserve directly through Booking.com, Agoda, or the hotel's own website.
Korea grants visa-free entry to citizens of most countries for stays up to 30–90 days. Patients from countries that require a visa should apply through the Korean embassy in their country. Always verify current entry requirements with the embassy before booking flights.
Please note: our clinic does not issue medical tourism visas or visa invitation letters. Visa-related paperwork is the patient's responsibility.
After your procedure, we can issue a surgery confirmation document (certificate of treatment) upon request — useful for insurance, travel records, or personal documentation.
Cancellation on the day of surgery is treated as a no-show. The deposit is non-refundable. Please finalize your dates only when you are confident, and contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
If your surgery is scheduled around a Korean national holiday (e.g. Seollal / Lunar New Year, Chuseok / Korean Thanksgiving), refunds are not available within 2 weeks of the holiday due to limited staff and OR availability.
For other refund scenarios (date changes with sufficient notice, medical contraindications discovered during pre-op, etc.), please contact the clinic directly. Each case is reviewed individually.
Send a brief description and photos. Within 24 hours you receive a surgeon-reviewed assessment, a proposed schedule, and expected recovery timeline.
