Rights, obligations, and conditions governing your use of Link Plastic Surgery's services.
Effective Date: June 20, 2011 — Link Plastic Surgery Clinic
These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures between the member ("User") and Link Plastic Surgery ("Clinic") regarding the User's application for and use of the services ("Services") provided by the Clinic.
① These Terms take effect for all Users who wish to use the Services.
② The Terms are posted on the service screen or otherwise made available to Users, and take effect when Users who agree to the Terms complete registration.
③ The Clinic may amend these Terms when deemed necessary, and shall publicly announce any amendments without delay in the same manner as described in Paragraph 2. However, significant changes affecting User rights or obligations shall be announced at least 7 days in advance.
④ Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use and terminate their service agreement.
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Medical Service Act and other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.
A "Member" is an individual who has accessed the website and provided the required information, including name and email address, to obtain customer status and membership rights.
When the application form asks "Do you agree to the above Terms of Service?" and the User clicks the "Agree" button, the User is deemed to have agreed to the Terms.
Applications for use (i.e., membership registration) are made by completing the following information on the registration form:
1. User ID
2. Password
3. Name
4. Phone number
5. Email
The Clinic approves service use applications from Users who have accurately completed the information specified in Article 6.
The Clinic may withhold approval for applications falling under any of the following:
1. When it is technically impossible to provide the Service.
2. When the applicant uses a false name or another person's identity.
3. When the applicant omits or provides incorrect registration information.
4. When the application is made with the intent to disrupt public order or morals.
5. When the applicant has previously lost membership due to causes attributable to the applicant.
6. When other application requirements set by the Clinic are not satisfied.
7. When the applicant has not consented to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — membership registration shall be placed on hold.
If the information provided at the time of registration changes, the User must update it in the manner and form prescribed by the Clinic.
The Clinic provides this Service free of charge for the purpose of offering information about its medical services. All services are accessible without membership registration, with the exception of post-operative reviews, which require membership registration and login in accordance with the Medical Service Act.
① In principle, the Clinic commences the Service upon approval of the User's registration application.
② If the Clinic is unable to commence the Service due to operational or technical reasons, it shall post a notice on the website or notify the User.
① In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended for operational or technical reasons, and the Clinic shall give prior or subsequent notice of any such suspension.
② The Clinic may divide the Service into segments and set separate hours of availability for each segment, in which case it shall announce the details accordingly.
① The Clinic may remove any content posted or transmitted within the Service (including content exchanged between Users) without prior notice if it is determined to fall under any of the following, and the Clinic shall bear no liability for such removal:
1. Content that defames or damages the reputation of the Clinic, other Users, or third parties through slander or false statements.
2. Content that distributes information, text, images, etc. that violate public order or morals.
3. Content deemed to be connected to criminal activity.
4. Content that infringes on the Clinic's copyrights, third-party copyrights, or other rights.
5. Content unrelated to the Services provided by the Clinic.
6. Unauthorized or unsolicited advertisements or promotional materials.
7. Content created using another person's ID (resident registration number) or name without authorization, or content that involves unauthorized alteration of information entered by others.
8. Duplicate postings or postings that deviate from their intended purpose.
9. Content otherwise deemed to violate applicable laws or the Clinic's policies.
② The Clinic may establish and implement separate detailed guidelines regarding posts, and Users must register or delete posts (including content exchanged between Users) in accordance with such guidelines.
As this Service is provided free of charge for public interest purposes as described in Chapter 3, Article 10, the Clinic may disclose the following:
① Information regarding surgical techniques and pharmaceutical products used in procedures.
② Post-treatment reviews published with the patient's consent (accessible after login).
Information that may be disclosed under Chapter 4, Article 14 shall, in principle, be published through the following methods:
① Posting on the Clinic's website or other websites.
② Inclusion in printed materials or promotional publications.
③ Display through audiovisual equipment within the Clinic.
④ Any other method deemed appropriate by the Clinic, within the bounds of public morals.
① If a User causes damage to the Clinic by violating these Terms, the User shall compensate the Clinic for all resulting damages.
② If the Clinic receives claims for damages, lawsuits, or other objections from third parties due to a User's illegal acts or violations of these Terms in connection with use of the Service, the User shall indemnify the Clinic at the User's own responsibility and expense. If the Clinic is not indemnified, the User shall compensate the Clinic for all resulting damages.
① The Clinic is exempt from liability for Service provision in the event of force majeure or equivalent circumstances.
② The Clinic is not liable for Service disruptions caused by the User's own fault.
③ The Clinic is not liable for any loss of expected revenue from the User's use of the Service, nor for damages arising from materials obtained through the Service. The Clinic is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by Users on the website.
④ The Clinic has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between Users or between Users and third parties through the Service, and bears no liability for damages resulting from such disputes.
① In the event of a dispute between the Clinic and a User regarding the use of the Service, both parties shall consult in good faith to resolve the dispute.
② If the dispute is not resolved through consultation under Paragraph 1, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms of Service shall remain in effect from June 20, 2011 until replaced by new terms.
